1. Service Description

AEROQ Pro provides automated first-pass CNC manufacturing quote estimates from STEP files, drawings, and manual inputs. The service is operated by Shaw Research & Development Ltd.

2. Quotes Are Estimates

All generated quotes are non-binding first-pass estimates for RFQ triage and may require manual verification before acceptance.

3. File Handling & Privacy

Uploaded STEP and PDF files are processed server-side for analysis and quote generation, are periodically cleaned up, and are not shared with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

Only upload files you have the right to share. Do not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or use the service for illegal purposes.

5. Credits & Billing

Quote credits are consumed when generating quotes. Credit packs do not expire. The current model is pay-as-you-go credit packs, not subscription billing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEROQ Pro and Shaw Research & Development Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
