Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AEROQ PRO provides automated CNC manufacturing quote estimates based on CAD data (STEP files) and technical drawings (PDF) provided by users. The service is operated by Shaw Research & Development Ltd.

2. Quotes Are Estimates

All quotes generated by AEROQ PRO are non-binding estimates and may require manual verification before acceptance. Users are responsible for validating:

• Drawings and specifications
• Tolerances and surface finishes
• Material specifications
• Manufacturing feasibility

3. File Handling & Privacy

Uploaded STEP and PDF files are processed server-side for geometry analysis. Files are automatically deleted after processing. We do not share your CAD data with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

• Only upload files you have the right to share
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes

5. Credits & Billing

Quote credits are consumed when generating quotes. Credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEROQ PRO and Shaw Research & Development Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
