2. CAD and Drawing File Handling

Your STEP and PDF files are:

  • Processed server-side for geometry analysis and quote generation
  • Periodically cleaned up after processing
  • Not kept as a customer design library
  • Not shared with third parties
  • Not used for training AI models

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the quoting service
  • To maintain quote history and PDF export records
  • To process payments and manage credits
  • To send transactional emails such as verification, password reset, and receipt messages

4. Data Security

We protect your data using HTTPS, secure password hashing, limited-access infrastructure, and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing.

5. Your Rights

You can request to access your personal data, delete your account, or export relevant quote history where applicable.
